During an energy healing, Bre will channel 7th dimensional energy into your body to remove blockages and discover where in your body you are facing blockages. 7D energy is very powerful and can facilitate rapid transformation. 

7D Energy can promote physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual healing, realign the energy body, reactivate your intuitive abilities, raise your vibration, amplify your manifestation practice, and reactivate your cosmic DNA. 

At the end of the energy healing session you will have the opportunity to talk to Bre about what both of you have discovered from your healing session. Bre will share her chakra energy report, messages, blockages, a card pull, and additional homework to ensure you ground into your higher timeline.  

While every healing session is different, you can expect yourself to feel clear physically, spiritually and emotionally.

All that is asked of you prior to coming to the session is that you look inward and discover what you truly want to get out of this energy healing session and to open yourself to receiving.

You dont need much for an energy healing session besides yourself and the zoom link after you book your call.

For the session, make sure you are in a quiet space where you will not be interrupted or distracted. Please have: 

• a pillow, blanket, or anything else you’ll need to feel comfortable, and wear comfortable clothing. (Remember, this is a relaxing experience!) 
• a notebook to take any notes 
• a snack in case you get hungry
• make sure you have water!! 

It is best if you come to the session really understanding what you hope to get out of the healing session. 

You may experience a variety of sensations during your session. Remember, each experience is unique. Whatever you experience, it is for your highest and best good, your soul chose this experience for you. Each session is special, different, and unique SO BE OPEN FROM JUDGEMENT! What you may experience but arent limited to:

• Heat or cold in certain areas - (can alternate) 
• Tingling, vibrating, twitching, bubbling
• Feel the energy move through your body, starting at the crown (head) and flowing through your feet, or just an all over sensation. 

• Emotional release---> crying, laughing
• Nothing at all! This is normal (I personally have felt the shifts after a session, not during.) 
• May feel floaty (like leaving your body)
• Body may feel heavy 
• Many people sleep during a session! :) 

Every person is different and has different experiences! At the very least, you will feel relaxation and stress relief. These session can offer you great mental clarity. It is recommended that clients journal how they are feeling before, during, and following the energy healing session. It is important to take what you have learned from your reading and apply the advice given to experience the ultimate impact. 

This varies by person. For some people, one session or many sessions are needed to resolve different blockages they are experiencing. Once your session is complete, Bre will be able to give you a better understanding on what you can work on or if you may benefit from another session. 

Absolutely! Energy healings work off of high-vibrational energy that allows us to connect. Much like your electronical devices use energetic frequencies to work properly, energy can be transferred from Bre to you!
